Launch scoreboard
This scoreboard compares SpaceX's launch activity with ULA, Blue Origin, Rocket Lab, and CASC — the other major operators of orbital-class launch vehicles. Each figure carries an as-of date, a source, and a confidence badge; where sources disagree, the conflicting figures are shown as a range rather than a single number.
Payload mass delivered to orbit, year to date (tonnes)
Sums payload mass successfully delivered to its intended orbit in the current calendar year; internal payloads (e.g. operator-owned satellites) counted the same as customer payloads.
| Entity | Value | As of | Confidence | Sources |
|---|
Orbital launch attempts, year to date (launches)
Counts orbital-class launch attempts (reaching or intended to reach orbital velocity) in the current calendar year, including failures; excludes suborbital flights and static fires.
| Entity | Value | As of | Confidence | Sources |
|---|
Launch success rate, trailing 12 months (percent)
Successful orbital launches divided by orbital launch attempts over the trailing 12 months; partial failures (wrong orbit, payload lost after deploy) counted as failures.
